Individual Counseling

Our individual therapies are our most common treatment. Our therapists form a comfortable one-on-one environment where our clients can discuss whatever issues or symptoms they are experiencing. Common goals of individual therapy is to inspire change or improve the quality of life. Individual therapy can help treat mental, emotional, physical and behavioral issues.  Most common concerns are anxiety, stress, food and eating issues, anger, relationship or marriage issues, addiction, abuse, family issues, insomnia and sexuality.
